Milton Glaser, a well-known American graphic designer, delivered a speech in 2002 on the 10 things he had learned during his life. I won't spoil the list here, except to give one example: "You can only work for people that you like...Affection, trust and sharing some common ground is the only way good work can be achieved. Otherwise it is a bitter and hopeless struggle."
